In North Carolina:
Take Hwy 17 South almost to the NC-SC State border. At the Food Lion
Shopping
Center stop light in Calabash, turn RIGHT on Calabash Road. Go 1/2
mile. The Studio is
on your left. Look for the sign and the turquoise flags.
In South Carolina:
Take Hwy 17 North just beyond the NC-SC State border. At the Food Lion
Shopping
Center stop light (Carolina Shores is on your right here), turn LEFT
on Calabash Road
(Note the street sign on your side of the highway will say Country
Club instead of
Calabash Road). The Studio is 1/2 mile on your left. Look for the sign
and the turquoise
and white flags.
Alternate South Carolina route:
If you prefer not to take Hwy 17, you can take Hwy 31 North to the
end. It merges into
Hwy 9. Go just beyond the Bell & Bell dealership and turn RIGHT
on Hwy 57. Take this
past a number of subdivisions and Indigo Farms until you come to Hickman’s
Crossroad
(you’ll see Hickmans shrimp stand on the far left corner). Turn RIGHT,
go past
Hickman’s Branch Library and when you come to a fork in the road at
the McLamb
office, bear LEFT. This is Calabash Road. You’ll pass the golf course
on your left and
then another subdivision on your right. Go just past Koolabrew Road
and the entrance to
the business park, turn RIGHT into the driveway with the turquoise
and white flags. The
sign won’t be very visible coming from this direction, so look for
those flags! |
